Who we are

Matched Betting Tracker is run by an individual based in the UK. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

The app keeps your data on your computer

Matched Betting Tracker is an offline desktop app. The bets, balances and other records you enter in the app are stored locally on your computer. We do not receive, store or have access to them.

What we collect on this website

• Beta sign-up: your email address and the computer you use (macOS or Windows).
• Marketing preference: whether you ticked the box to receive product news and offers, and when.
• Website analytics: anonymous, aggregated statistics such as page views, referring sites, and clicks on buttons such as Download and Join the Beta. We use Umami, a cookieless analytics service, so no cookies are set and you cannot be identified.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

• To invite you to the Beta and send you service messages about it (for example, your download link). Lawful basis: legitimate interests, because you asked to join.
• To send you product news and offers, only if you ticked the box. Lawful basis: consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it. Lawful basis: legitimate interests. This data is anonymous.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use a small number of trusted service providers, who process data only on our instructions:

• Formspree: handles the Beta sign-up form.
• Zoho Mail: our email provider, used to contact you about the Beta.
• Umami: cookieless, anonymous website analytics.
• Cloudflare: hosts this website.

Some providers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

• Beta sign-up details: until the Beta ends and for up to 12 months afterwards, or until you ask us to delete them.
• Marketing consent: until you unsubscribe. We keep a record of your consent and when you withdrew it.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@matchedtracker.uk. We will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
